# Directions:

02 - Roll or stretch the dough into a 12-inch round on a floured surface. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a pizza peel.

04 - Arrange the sliced grilled chicken breast evenly across the sauced dough.
05 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and smoked gouda or cheddar cheese evenly over the pizza.
