02 - 1/2 cup barbecue sauce, plus extra for drizzling

03 - 1 large grilled chicken breast (about 7 oz), sliced

04 - 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced

05 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 5.3 oz)
06 - 1/2 cup shredded smoked gouda or cheddar cheese (about 1.75 oz)

07 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Heat the oven to 450°F. If using a pizza stone, place it inside to warm.
02 - Roll or stretch the dough into a 12-inch round on a floured surface. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a pizza peel.
03 - Evenly spread 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
04 - Arrange the sliced grilled chicken breast evenly across the sauced dough.
05 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and smoked gouda or cheddar cheese evenly over the pizza.
06 - Scatter thin slices of red onion across the cheese layer.
07 - Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
08 - Remove from the oven. Drizzle with additional barbecue sauce and sprinkle chopped cilantro if desired. Slice and serve hot.
